Subprocessors and Service Providers

This page identifies current material subprocessors, service-provider categories, and infrastructure categories used by TETRUS where applicable. Not every provider listed processes personal data in every customer configuration. TETRUS may add, remove, replace, or reconfigure providers as the Service evolves, with notice where legally required.

Current Material Provider Categories

• Hosting, infrastructure, DNS, CDN, and security providers.
• Email delivery, transactional email, mailbox, reply-management, and deliverability providers.
• Contact-data, enrichment, verification, suppression, analytics, and reporting providers.
• AI model, automation, classification, scoring, and workflow-assistance providers where enabled.
• Payment, support, logging, monitoring, security, and business-operations providers.

Provider Changes

TETRUS may use equivalent replacement providers or additional providers for hosting, email delivery, mailbox management, warmup, verification, enrichment, analytics, AI-assisted processing, security, support, payments, logging, monitoring, or other Service functions. A provider is not deemed to process Customer personal data solely because it is technically available to TETRUS; the applicable role depends on actual use, configuration, and data flow.
