This Email Compliance Policy applies to all commercial email, outreach, reply handling, enrichment, verification, suppression, and deliverability functions used through the Service.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that each campaign, message, prospect list, sender identity, offer, and targeting decision complies with applicable law. TETRUS provides tools and safeguards, but Customer must decide whether a campaign is lawful for its business, recipients, jurisdictions, and content.
Include a valid physical postal address where required.
Include a clear unsubscribe mechanism in commercial messages where required.
Honor unsubscribe, objection, deletion, and no-contact requests promptly and do not re-upload suppressed contacts.
Maintain lawful basis, consent, legitimate-interest assessment, or other required compliance records where applicable.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, commercial outreach should identify the Customer or advertiser as the campaign owner or beneficiary. Where appropriate, messages may also identify TETRUS as a service provider, platform provider, or technical sender. Commercial messages must include a valid physical postal address. For TETRUS legal and CAN-SPAM footer purposes, the TETRUS mailing address is: TETRUS Systems LLC, 720 McColley Street, Milford, Delaware 19963.
TETRUS may maintain suppression lists, unsubscribe records, objection records, bounce records, complaint records, and related deliverability or compliance records to prevent re-contact, protect deliverability, and comply with law. Customer must not remove, bypass, overwrite, evade, or re-upload contacts for the purpose of contacting recipients who opted out or objected. Suppression systems may include automated controls, manual review, vendor systems, customer-level lists, global lists, domain-level controls, and future replacement systems. If TETRUS identifies or receives notice of an unsubscribe, suppression, complaint, or no-contact issue, TETRUS may use commercially reasonable efforts to investigate, suppress affected records, remediate configuration issues, update controls, and restrict or stop affected campaigns where appropriate. Suppression data may be retained after termination as necessary for compliance, dispute protection, deliverability protection, and platform protection.
3.1 Future Remediation and Control Updates
TETRUS may update suppression logic, unsubscribe routing, bounce handling, complaint processing, global suppression, customer-level suppression, manual review, and vendor-level synchronization as the platform matures. If a defect, vendor failure, configuration gap, customer error, data-source issue, or edge case affects suppression or unsubscribe handling, TETRUS may remediate through record suppression, campaign pausing, customer notice, vendor correction, rule updates, engineering fixes, manual review, domain throttling, or account restriction, depending on the risk and legal requirement.
TETRUS may test, throttle, reject, suspend, pause, queue, manually review, or stop sending based on bounce rates, spam complaints, blocklists, deliverability signals, content risk, sender reputation, opt-out issues, legal risk, system readiness, policy violations, or other compliance and platform-risk signals. These controls may change over time and may include current or future automated checks, manual approval gates, suppression tracks, enrichment/verification gates, reputation controls, and vendor-based controls. TETRUS does not guarantee inbox placement, response rates, conversions, campaign revenue, or uninterrupted availability of any particular sending route or vendor.
Customer must evaluate laws that apply to each recipient location, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, UK GDPR, PECR, and state privacy laws. B2B outreach rules vary by jurisdiction and by recipient type. Customer must not assume that a business email address may always be contacted without consent or lawful basis.
