AI and automated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a particular use. TETRUS does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, legality, deliverability, revenue, conversion, or business outcome. Scores, recommendations, segments, labels, explanations, and suggested actions are decision-support tools, not final determinations.
Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving campaign strategy, data use, audience selection, message content, legal compliance, and business decisions before acting on AI or automated outputs. Customer should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for legal, compliance, employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, financial, or similarly consequential decisions.
TETRUS may provide compliance-oriented prompts, warnings, templates, or workflow controls. These are operational tools and do not constitute legal advice. Customer should consult counsel for legal determinations.
Where law requires disclosure, consent, opt-out, objection, explanation, or human-review rights for automated processing, Customer is responsible for providing required notices and honoring applicable rights for Customer campaigns and Customer-directed data uses. TETRUS may use first-party or third-party AI, automation, scoring, classification, summarization, verification, routing, quality-control, or workflow systems to operate and improve the Service. AI systems, model providers, features, inputs, outputs, and review workflows may change over time. TETRUS will use commercially reasonable efforts to apply data-minimization, access-control, vendor-review, and contractual controls appropriate to the processing context, but Customer must not rely on AI or automation outputs without appropriate human review.
TETRUS may use different AI models, AI vendors, internal automation tools, rules-based systems, scoring methods, prompt workflows, quality-control systems, and human-review processes over time. TETRUS may disable, replace, limit, or add AI-assisted features for security, quality, compliance, cost, vendor, or product reasons. Unless expressly agreed in writing, TETRUS does not guarantee that any particular AI model, vendor, output method, or automation workflow will remain available.
TETRUS may add, remove, replace, or reconfigure AI providers, models, scoring systems, automation tools, enrichment tools, workflow rules, and human-review gates over time. TETRUS does not guarantee any particular AI provider, model, feature, score, recommendation, output, or business result.
