This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of TETRUS AI. TETRUS may suspend, throttle, block, or terminate access for violations or suspected violations.
Customer may not use the Service to:
send spam, unlawful commercial email, deceptive messages, phishing, malware, credential harvesting, scams, or fraudulent solicitations;
use false, misleading, forged, or deceptive sender identities, domains, headers, subject lines, company names, or physical addresses;
contact recipients who have opted out, objected, requested deletion, or appear on suppression/no-contact lists;
upload purchased, scraped, stolen, unlawfully obtained, or improperly permissioned data where Customer lacks a lawful basis to use it;
process sensitive personal information, children's data, health data, financial account data, government IDs, biometric data, precise geolocation, or similar high-risk data without written approval;
promote illegal products or services, regulated products without proper authorization, adult content, weapons, controlled substances, gambling, hate, harassment, discrimination, or exploitative content;
violate intellectual property, publicity, privacy, consumer protection, anti-discrimination, export, sanctions, anti-bribery, or marketing laws;
interfere with platform security, reputation, deliverability, infrastructure, rate limits, monitoring, or suppression controls;
benchmark, scrape, copy, train, reverse engineer, or build competing products using the Service or TETRUS Data.
TETRUS may investigate use of the Service, review account activity, disable campaigns, pause sending, remove content, require remediation, block domains or users, notify Customer, and cooperate with legal authorities where appropriate. TETRUS is not required to provide advance notice where immediate action is needed to protect recipients, customers, infrastructure, deliverability, or legal compliance.
Report suspected spam, abuse, phishing, impersonation, unlawful outreach, or misuse of the Service to [email protected]. Legal notices may be sent to [email protected] and privacy requests to [email protected].
